REMEMBERING THE PACIFIC PALISADES HOTEL
I've been quoted many times saying, "I'm going to work here the rest of my life!" I loved working at the Pacific Palisades Hotel more than I ever imagined. I was there for six years as the hotel operator and grew to also take care of VIP guests, making sure they had their favourite types of magazine and treats in their rooms (that really was a full-time job). Pacific Palisades was truly a magical place and I would have been happy working there the rest of my life. It's a pleasure to write about my time there.
