CB2 Comes to Vancouver
Modern home furnishings brand to open a second Canadian location, in Vancouver’s Pacific Palisades this February
Chicago, IL (January 2012)—Modern home furnishings brand CB2 (www.cb2.ca) proudly announces the opening of its first Vancouver store and second Canadian location, slated to open Saturday, February 18, 2012. Located on Robson Street in downtown Vancouver, the street-level property anchors the lower level of the newly-renovated Pacific Palisades, a mixed-use, retail and residential development. CB2 Pacific Palisades will join CB2 Queen West, which recently opened in Toronto this month.
Founded in 2000, CB2 is headquartered in Chicago, and has stores in 11 metropolitan locations across the United States, in addition to the brand’s rapidly-growing ecommerce and catalogue divisions. Known for its combination of high design and approachability, CB2 will offer Vancouver residents and design enthusiasts access to home furnishings that are as affordable as they are original. Opening with the new spring 2012 collection as well as the brand’s go-to staples, CB2 offers innovative and accessible design solutions for apartment, home and office.

The new Pacific Palisades, formerly the historic Pacific Palisades Hotel, touts a West Coast Modern style, making it the ideal location for CB2’s first Vancouver outpost. With more than 12,550-square-feet, CB2 Pacific Palisades will feature a modern aesthetic that includes concrete, exposed steel framing and metal floor tiles. The store will also offer customers convenient street level access in this busy retail district.
