There is a new speakers’ series on the scene targeting the growing “creative type” career holders in Vancouver. Creative Mornings is a monthly breakfast lecture series with speakers strategically selected to address the early morning coffee-clutching creatives through a 20-minute presentation.
Mark Busse (@markbusse) organizes the Vancouver chapter of Creative Mornings. Recent speakers include Founder of Public Assembly - Amanda Gibbs, Gagan Diesh of DesignStamp and artist Sergio Toporek. This past Friday Creative Mornings attendees heard from Vancouver is Awesome Founder, and friend of PaPa Bob Kronbauer. Bob shared some of his favorite fishing destinations (yes, we said fishing!) and shared his plans to lauch Galiano is Awesome in the summer.
The monthly event is held at W2 Media Café located in the Woodwards Building in Gastown. Every Creative Morning series is free of charge. As a result of this and its growing popularity, tickets sell out fast.
