Here are some details about how the process works.
Tour & Apartment Selection: We’d like to meet you in person and show you around. You’ll be able to set up a time when we can give you a tour of the buildings and help you choose an apartment. We believe it’s important that you see the building and the apartment that you will be living in. While much of the paperwork can be exchanged by fax and email, we require the lease to be signed in person.
Application: To help speed up the leasing process, you can fill out and submit your application online. Or if you prefer, print it out and bring it with you.
Credit & Reference Check: Once you’ve chosen an apartment, we’ll need to confirm your credit reliability and check references (usually done within 1-2 business days). We’ll also ask to see a form of government-issued photo ID.
Lease & Security Deposit: If your application is accepted, we will sign the Tenancy Agreement (the Lease) with you. Your security deposit (50% of the monthly rent) is due at this time.
Book Move-in: We’ll book a move-in date and schedule a time slot for you to use an elevator for your move.
Condition Inspection: On the day of your move-in, we’ll inspect the apartment together and complete a Condition Inspection report as required by the Residential Tenancy Act.
