Design

Pacific Palisades is an outstanding example of West Coast Modern design.
Taking a cue from Modernist principles of the early 20th century, West Coast Modern champions the principles of balance and integration. At its heart is the integration of the built and natural environments, art and architecture, design and comfort, particularly as it relates to the home. Wood features heavily as both a building and accent material.
It’s a style that’s ideal for Pacific Palisades, with Vancouver’s natural beauty providing a dramatic backdrop through most windows.
In keeping with the building’s West Coast Modern design, each PaPa apartment features warm materials, horizontal planes and simple, clean details that result in modern yet timeless interiors.
Healthy environments are of utmost importance to us and we’ve taken much care to integrate sustainability into PaPa’s design. Low-flow toilets, occupancy sensors, materials with high recycled content, and LED and fluorescent lighting are just some of PaPa’s eco-friendly design features.
