Presenting PaPa tenant #1: CB2

 

Pacific Palisades is delighted to present our anchor tenant, CB2. Featuring affordable modern furniture and accessories for apartment, loft and home, CB2 is a successful North American retail concept that is part of the Crate and Barrel family of brands.

 

CB2 describes itself as a brand “for a community seeking modern home design that’s clever and in the moment, that’s spare and simple but with great attention to details, that’s priced smart so we can all have it all (and feel smart doing so)".

Presenting PaPa tenant #2: Shifeon

 

 

Pacific Palisades residents will have the coolest-looking apartments with the help of retail tenant CB2. And residents w themselves will be looking pretty good themselves thanks to our second retail tenant, local skincare specialist Shifeon.

 
 
Established in 1995 as a family business, its name a twist of the names of owner Shirley and her daughter Fiona, Shifeon is one of Vancouver’s top independent beauty retailers. The store offers a vast selection of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products, including familiar brands such as Biotherm, Biotherm Homme, Clarins, Hugo Boss and Butter London. 
 
 
Shifeon opened its doors at PaPa this past July.
